Wisdom

We can get into situations that require God’s help to get out of it.  Wisdom above is needed to get out of the trouble that evil thinking led us into.  And instead of asking what God said to handle the situation you ask everyone around you. You will get 30 different opinions from 20 different people.  You need someone who will give you what God says on the matter. Have you asked the One who truly has the answer you seek? Don't be like my son who rather takes action instead of asking for permission. God wants us to gain knowledge from his word and find out what he says about how to handle our troubles.  Then in prayer, call on the Holy Spirit to guide you.  God will give you stuff you never would have come up with on your own. Ask Gideon in the Bible.  He thought he had the answer to his war problem.   Gideon wanted to take an Army to defeat his enemy. God's wisdom said to take 300.  Joshua led God's people around a city wall for seven days screaming. It seemed foolish to his enemies but God's wisdom laid down a city wall.  The screams solved Joshua's Jericho problem. Who would have thought that? When God shares his thoughts the scenery is a phenomenal site to see. Wisdom takes you to a higher level and to the big picture. So, next time you hit your troubled wall, Seek God's wisdom! I'm sure you will be amazed at the outcome.

Understanding It Better By and By

Funny how life has a way of showing you what you’re made of.  When adversity hits, what you say you wouldn't do becomes easier to do.  When the rubber meets the road, yes! you do the unthinkable.  Let's say you have a house fire and on the second floor is your baby and mom. You can only save one, which would it be? I've heard many say they would grab the baby since mom has been around a long time. I couldn't say.  I'm not in that situation right now.  There's no way to know what to do until tragedy hits.  Some can handle atrocities, whereas; other have no clue how to maneuver suffering nor know why hardship occurs.  Stop trying to figure out why hardships happens--only the Father knows.  He won't  have you guessing long.      The underlining reason at the end of your trials gives away the mystery. Experiencing hardship isn't fun but you will come out with more insight than ever before....

Trust God

Proverbs 3:5-6: Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight ( NIV ). “Police, Police, a young man stole my bike.”   Minutes earlier the gentleman stops at the local store. Thirsty from the summer heat, he decides to get a drink.   Dismounting his bike, a kind young man greets him with a smile and offers to watch the bike. Grateful for the offer, the gentleman hands over the bike.   He enters the store. On returning, the bike and young man had vanished. The gentleman had a good heart, but he had misplaced trust.   Trust in the Lord is paramount (Hebrews 11:6). Life cannot be maneuver through our wisdom, we need the wisdom of the Savior.   He alone can handle our life cycle issues.   A fulfill and successful life with Jesus comes through obedience and surrender. The Lord then guides us into an everlasting peace despite difficulties and h...

Freedom

Freedom Fighter For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures; and that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the Scriptures” --1 Corinthians 15:3-4 (Meanwhile in Heaven) “Now let’s see what they will do.” “Does anyone know what just happened?”   “I don’t think so Father; look at them scurrying around like ants. They are oblivious to my death.”   “Give it time, Give it time.” “How much more time?”  “Look! There’s one praying. She talks to me all the time. Her heart is so tender and loving like us.”   “Listen.”
