A Village

It takes a village to raise a child.  In the old days, everyone in the community would watch out for the children. It didn't matter if the child belonged to the person or not.  Everyone watched and discipline all the children alike, then, the parent was notified. Juvenile crimes were way down. Children were too afraid to carry out evil acts because there were so many watchers. No home camera or babysitters needed because the neighborhood watch team was on the defense.  No child was hungry or without basic needs. As members of the community grew older and the children departed, the characteristic of the neighborhood slowly disappear.   Similarly, the Heavenly Trinity is a heavenly community that cares for the needs of mankind.  We get love from the Father, He watches over us (Psalms 34:15), provides our daily needs (Matthew 6:31), and corrects us through discipline (Hebrews 12:11).  Man...

Cheer Up

Cheer up my friend, There's a rainbow at the end. Don't give up the fight, doing so would be the devils' delight. Continue to look up to Heaven's shore, where there are treasures and much, much more. So cheer up my friend, God is with you till the end!
(A Poem to keep your focus during trying times) It's Not Always Easy It's not always easy to smile and be nice, when you are called to sacrifice. It's not always easy to put others first. Especially when tired and feeling  your worst. It's not always easy to do the Father's Will. It wasn't so easy for Jesus to climb Calvary's Hill. But we as HIS Children should learn to obey;
God’s Rainbow What I Learned From Noah's Ark 1. Plan ahead. It wasn't raining when Noah built the ark. 2. Build on high ground. 3. If you can't fight or flee -- float! 4. Remember the woodpeckers INSIDE are often a bigger threat than the storm outside. 5. "Stop what'ca doing, and do what God says!" (Life lesson to live by HA!)           While driving to worship this past Sunday, two rainbows appeared in the sky. I almost ran off the road gazing at them. The aligned colors reminded me of two unforgettable moments,
10 COUNT DOWN OF THING YOU WON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT IN THE NEXT MILLENIUM 10. The Bible will have the same answers.   9. Prayer will still work.   8. The Holy Spirit will still move.   7. God will still get HIS praise.   6. There will still be preaching.   5. There will still be singing.

Freedom

Freedom Fighter For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures; and that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the Scriptures” --1 Corinthians 15:3-4 (Meanwhile in Heaven) “Now let’s see what they will do.” “Does anyone know what just happened?”   “I don’t think so Father; look at them scurrying around like ants. They are oblivious to my death.”   “Give it time, Give it time.” “How much more time?”  “Look! There’s one praying. She talks to me all the time. Her heart is so tender and loving like us.”   “Listen.”
